About Sharib & Toshi

Toshi and Sharib Sabri are from Rajasthan's Sabri Family. They specializes in many genres ranging from Qawwali to Pop.

Sharib rose to fame when he became a contestant on the popular reality show Saregamapa in 2005. He did not win the show but left a positive impact on everyone proving that he had a future in the music business.
Toshi followed soon when he became a contestant on Star Plus's Voice of India in its inaugral season. He was the most talented and deserving singer on the show but due to lack of votes could only make it to the top 4. During his stay in VOI he impressed the likes of Alka Yagnic, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Jatin-Lalit, Abhijeet and many others.

Toshi & Sharib later appeared on other reality shows as well which included Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar & Music Ka Maha Muqabla.

The brothers got their big break when they were approached by Mukesh Bhatt to give the Music for their Movie Raaz-The Mystery Continues. The brothers did not disappoint and their song Maahi became an international hit.

Prior to that the brothers had sung in small ventures which included a song titled "Jaage Hai Baad Mudat Ke" in Summer 2007 and "Nathani Utaro" in Horn Ok Please. But after Raaz the brothers did not look back and followed it up by giving the Music and Lending their voices for movies such as Jashnn, Vaada Raha...I Promise, Jail, Veer, Ghost, Will You Marry Me and many others.

The Sabri Brothers remain one of the most successful contestants to come out of reality shows as they have made a strong foothold in Bollywood.
